Is there a way to send a notification when an email arrives.

Question

We are a volunteer organization. What I want to do is if somebody sends an email to our volunteers organizational email that an email is sent to their home email notifying them that an email was received.

I don't want to forward the email because then they'll respond from their personal account. We'd like to keep the communication between the volunteer and whoever they are interacting with on our account.

Is it possible to do that?

Is the volunteer organization who owns Exchange server? And those personal accounts are external to Exchange organization?
If so, I have two methods:
1 Create mail contacts for the volunteers' personal accounts.
Then create a transport rule that when message is arriving an internal mailbox, send an incident report to the mail contact, here is an example:
