Changing window focus with mouse pointer

On one of my computers when the mouse pointer moves to another window the focus automatically goes to that window.  But this does not happen on my other machine.  Where can I find the setting to do this?

Start > Control Panel > Easy of Access > Easy of Access Center > Make the mouse easier to use > check Activate a window by hovering over it with the mouse option

    Thanks Grzegorz.. that helped! My new machine came with that option enabled.. I was getting crazy..  :-)
