windows update error code 8007370B

Hello,

My windows vista is set to automatic download and install the windows update and it works well but last dec.2008 windows always prompt me that windows can't check the update and if i try to do it manually i got this error code 8007370B. I did follow what the windows and support help suggestion to fix the error problem but still if i start to install windows update i got the same error again. Any help? Thank you.

    I'm having the same error code on Windows 7.  Tried the update tool to no avail.  Please help.

    Hi kellefitz,

    If you are still experiencing an issue installing Windows Updates, please create a new thread here and include the following information:

    • The complete version of Windows you have installed
    • The update(s) that fail to install
    • The complete error message you receive
    • Any troubleshooting steps you have completed
