I have a similar problem. 1 desktop, with Win 7 Home Premium x32, Laptop with Win 7 HP X64, Netbook with Win 7 Starter all computers on the same Homegroup. The Printer is attached USB, to the desktop. I can print from Desktop (of course) and from the Netbook connected wirelessly.
The problem is I cannot print from the Laptop wirelessly Win 7 X64. I have tried all the fixes included in this web page, and numerous other sites. I have run driver fixes from Samsung (printer), the fixit tool from Microsoft, many other fix suggestions from the web. I can see the printer on the desktop from the X64 machine but cannot but cannot connect, to install a driver on the X64 LT. I have installed the printer with US I can print fine. Then change the port to the Desktop printer still no printing. Name is exactly as it is in the desktop. The MFG - Samsung does not use inf. but an executable. Can install the driver properly with USB but not over network. Printer 'add' wizard can see the
printer on the network, but cannot connect.
Both machines DT and LT, cannot find the "INF" file that the Windows Opr. Syst. wants to use to install the X64 driver for the printer. I cannot find 'ieinf.inf' file windows wants to use to install the X64 driver for this printer. HELP - many hours flogging this issue.
