Create Event (4) in Microsoft flow creating multiple calender requests in the senders oulook calender.

Hi,

I have created an application in power apps . When an event is created in SharePoint page, it opens a power app. Here the user Accepts or declines the request. When the user accepts the request, a calendar request is sent to the user.

But when each of the user accepts the calendar request, a calendar event is created in the senders outlook which is creating too many requests in the senders outlook. There are as many as 500 users. So 500 requests are created in the senders outlook. How to get rid of this calendar events getting created in the senders outlook?

Please advice.

    Hi @K Vijetha ,

    Do users accepts or declines the request in Outlook desktop client or some other where?

    If yes, from the perspective of the Outlook client, as I know, Outlook provides an Accept but do not send a response option like below to avoid troubles like yours. If possible, you could tell users to respond with this options.

    By the way, you could also use Outlook rules with specific words(such as "Accepted:" or "Declined:") in the subject to manage those meeting-response emails.
