Hello,

I have CMG configured in 1st tenant subscription and everything is working correctly.

I have 2nd tenant subscription which have been synced with on-premise AD and have all AD users and this subscription is for Office 365.

Question

So at this moment there are no feature for remote control over (CMG).

But when it will be released could i connect to user computers? Or i need to move my CMG from 1st tenant to 2nd that this CMG are located in same tenant?

you dont need GA for remote control of the device on CMG.

The following are the remote control user requirements:

The Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) user needs to be discovered by Configuration Manager.
The user needs to be a permitted viewer for remote control under the Remote Tools page in the Client Settings.

    Reference https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/core/get-started/2019/technical-preview-1906#remote-control-anywhere-using-cloud-management-gateway

So at this moment there are no feature for remote control over (CMG).--> The remote control feature for CMG clients is not available in the current branch 2010. This is currently in tech preview which is only for LAB purpose. We might see this feature in the upcoming current branch release?

when you say 2nd tenant subscription? is that different tenant from 1st or just new subscription in the same tenant?
you can deploy CMG into any subscription that can host Azure cloud services.
