The  "ANOD Network Security Filter Driver" is not a component of Windows and appears to be installed with some D-Link software and may be used for network management.

It would not be necessary software.

Hopefully uninstalling the  "ANOD Network Security Filter Driver" will prevent the problematic anodlwfx.sys from loading and therefore stop the blue screen errors.

You may have to reinstall the driver from the DVD to be able to uninstall the driver.

If you reinstall the driver from the DVD and then uninstall it check that the "ANOD Network Security Filter Driver" is still gone from the Local Area Connection Properties.

That error may be because the installation has been affected perhaps from using System Restore.

Where did you obtain the driver installation package for the drivers that are now installed?

It was included in DVD which came with D-Link hardware adapter that I bought for my desktop.

There does appear to be some issue with the wireless such as timeouts.

What I might suggest is to try v1.21 driver from the following link:

    http://www.dlink.com/us/en/support/product/dwa-525-wireless-n-150-pci-adapter

Also, I might suggest to not use any D-Link wireless utility but rather use Windows built-in wireless utility.

    Hello,

I am unable to uninstall older version of D-link. Here is the pop-up that doesn't let me do.
