The tool will remove the service packs only. The actual versions has to be removed by turning it on in the Windows Features area.
The other tool, will verify what .NET Framework packages are installed.

Can't install/uninstall .NET Framework 3.5.1 using "Turn Windows features on/off". Everytime when i'm trying to do this, i get the message below.
I already tried to use "sfc /scannow" and "NetFxRepairTool", both with no result.
