Need help with installing Microsoft directx

So whenever I try to install microsoft directx, (i download the dxwebsetup.exe from the website) and I try to run that .exe, I get an error, Error creating process <C:\Users\Kishan Patel\AppData\Local\Temp\IXP000.TMP\dxwsetup.exe>/ Reason: indows\system32\adcpack.dll
I then tried to go to where it said the error was being had, and I found a .exe called dxwsetup. I ran this, and got this error.
I was unable to find either of those two error logs

2017-09-25T09:05:11+00:00 there are more easy solution, you the software cCleaner, so download it. and then when you open the software on the left bar you have 5 kind of options so just go to the Registry and down you have a button called- scan for Issues and it will scan automatically then press- solve all issues after all this you're good to go!
