Well there was the only option to Remove those files and i did it.

I think after doing all this the amount of getting blue screen has reduced. I havent got any Blue screen even without plugging battery yet and i hope i wont get it. I express my gratitude towards you Mr. Gerry, thanks for wasting your valuable time for us who spend hours searching solution for their PC problems in net

i thought i would use mediafire for uploading files

Not a smart move as it transfers parasites to all that use it. I will be "debugging" tomorrow.

Update Nuvoton CIR (Consumer IR) Driver to version 8.1.62.3000:

    http://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/Driver/CIR/CIR\_Nuvoton\_8.1.62.3000\_W7x64W7x86\_A.zip?acerid=633918624762977202&Step1=NOTEBOOK&Step2=ASPIRE&Step3=ASPIRE 4720Z&OS=712&LC=en&BC=ACER&SC=PA_6

From your System Information file [Problem Devices]

Device PNP Device ID Error Code

Not Available              HDAUDIO\FUNC_02&VEN_11C1&DEV_1040&SUBSYS_1025011D&REV_1002\4&2BFCD026&0&0101              The drivers for this device are not installed.

Install Agere Modem Driver version 2.2.97

    http://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/Driver/Modem/Modem\_Agere\_2.2.97\_W7x64W7x86\_A.zip?acerid=633916996928144358&Step1=NOTEBOOK&Step2=ASPIRE&Step3=ASPIRE 4720Z&OS=712&LC=en&BC=ACER&SC=PA_6

Download the driver and copy it to a folder on your desktop. Write down the path to the folder. If the driver has been zipped you will need to right click on the file and extract to your folder.

Next type Device Manager in the Search box above the Start button and press ENTER. Locate and right click on the device and select Properties. Click on the Driver tab and the Update Driver button. Click on “Browse my computer for driver” and click the Browse button. Type in the Search box the file path to your folder and click on Next. The system should find the driver in your folder and update. If it does not find the driver recheck that the driver is not zipped.

Please provide a copy of a chkdsk report on your C partition select Start, All Programs, and Accessories, right click on Command Prompt and click Run as Administrator. Type chkdsk and press the ENTER key and a report, detailing amongst other things a summary of how the disk space is utilised, is provided. If you want a report on a partition or drive other than C you need to go to that partition. To access F, where F is the required partition you type F: and press the ENTER key.

Copying reports from a command prompt can be tricky. Right click and select Mark. This enables you to highlight selected text and click to copy. You then go to an open Word, Notepad or similar file, right click and paste. The selected text transfers from your clipboard to the open file. You can paste directly into a reply message to most forums.

    In Windows 7 you may need to use an Elevated Command Prompt;

    http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/783-elevated-command-prompt.html

Please upload and share with everyone copies of your System and Application logs from your Event Viewer to your Sky Drive and post a link here.

To access the System log select Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Event Viewer, from the list in the left side of the window select Windows Logs and System. Place the cursor on System, select Action from the Menu and Save All Events as (the default evtx file type) and give the file a name. Do the same for the Applications log. Do not provide filtered files.

    Dear Mr Gerry

Sorry for late reply. Well rather than using skydrive i thought i would use mediafire for uploading files you described.

Link for dump file              :-  http://www.mediafire.com/?19dj4aohdfv1o45

Link for driverView report  :-  http://www.mediafire.com/?567hbmuvpbd4xl3

Link for SysInfo file            :-  http://www.mediafire.com/?p4c86ewswmcemuq

    Thanks for Reply

Please post a copy of your dumpfile as shared file to your Sky Drive with a link here.

The dump file will be created at c:\windows\minidump. You may need to change your settings in Windows to be able to see the file. To show hidden files type Folder Options in the search box above the Start button and select View, Advanced Settings and verify that the box before "Show hidden files and folders" is checked and "Hide protected operating system files" is unchecked. You may need to scroll down to see the second item. You should also make certain that the box before "Hide extensions for known file types" is not checked.

What is your computer make and model? If not a branded computer what is your motherboard make and model?

Please download and run Driver View and upload a copy of the report it produces to your Sky Drive. To get a report on all drivers select Edit, Select All followed by File, Save Selected Items.

    http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/driverview.html

Please provide a copy of your System Information file. Type System Information in the Search Box above the start Button and press the ENTER key. Select File, Export and give the file a name noting where it is located. The system creates a new System Information file each time system information is accessed. You need to allow a minute or two for the file to be fully populated before exporting a copy. Please upload to your Sky Drive, share with everyone and post a link here. Please say if the report has been obtained in safe mode. The request for a copy of this file is additional to answering the question about make and model.
