Invalid request - request sent without session

I don't even know if this is the right place to ask this question, but here goes!

I've been trying to send an email on numerous occasions via the web in Internet Explorer. Every time I try to do so I get this message 'Invalid request - request sent without session'.

Can anyone please tell me what exactly this means as I can't find out. What do I need to do to overcome this situation and thus send the email which I wush to send.

    Hi Gordon,

    Thank you for the update.

    It's not an issue with WLM, since you are able to send short messages and the issue is specific with equipment manufacturer's.
