Update : this method does the trick !!

After the 3 uninstall reboot.

I also update the kb3001652 (Visual studio 2010 update Tools for office runtime)

Don't forget to update also your Pack language of Net framework 4.52

Then you can reupdate the 3 uninstalled kb.

@MS staff, can you send the problem of these packages? Thanks.

    First see your error log.

    One of the solution there :

    NET Framework 4.5.2 fails to install with error 643.

    We have run into this issue:

    .NET Framework 4.5.2 fails to install. Initial install error details list the error 643. We then reviewed the logfile created and it showed an error of 0x80070643. When checking the MSI failure log, we searched for keyword failed and found numerous failures stating '****MsiViewExecute failed', then the next line would state 'Could not reserve disk space for <filename>'. Then we found the error stating 'secrepair: failed to create hash for the install source files'.

    After researching further, found this particular issue to be linked to 3 Windows updates (KB3008627, KB3000988 & KB2918614). After uninstalling these updates, we temporary hid the updates to prevent the reinstallation of them, then installed .NET 4.5.2 using Windows Updates and rebooted. Once installed, we un-hid the uninstalled updates and reinstalled them.

    Excellent help.  It works well for me.  Thanks

    @Lyndenrider only! =>

    How long has the Norton application been installed? [1]

    Do you have backups of ALL the changes Advanced SystemCare has EVER made to the computer? [2]

    ===========================================================

    [1] Norton (and McAfee) applications are notorious for not upgrading (or uninstalling) cleanly. The "leftovers" may be playing a role here.

    [2] Injudicious use of registry cleaners may be playing a role here, too. TIP: If you ever again think your Registry needs to be cleaned, repaired, boosted, tuned-up, cured, tweaked, fixed, maximized, "swept" or optimised (it doesn't), read this article (and related links cited therein) then draw your own conclusions. As it turns out, MS support sold me their Assure Premium Pkg for $149.00.  They were supposed to esculate my .net framework update issue to teir 2.  As of this writting, the esculation dept. has not contacted me.  I had scheduled a follow-up from them at 11:00am EST.  They said to allow for a 2 hour time window which meant they would call me today between 11:00am to 1:00pm.
