If you can access SFC & DISM you can access verifier. Simply type verifier in an elevated command prompt and follow the instructions in the wiki
kernel_data_inpage_error
I had connected my mouse to my laptop when suddenly it encountered BSOD showing kernel_data_inpage_error. When the system restarted, it showed***"Hi, We Are Setting Up Things For You"*** like when it shows when installing windows 8. When my pc started, it didnt show anything on desktop and showed and error that systemprofile/desktop didnt exist. My data is consistent but i cant use the windows services like search, start menu, etc. I tried running the dism and sfc, but dism showed an error that remote procedure call failed. This was on 80%. and sfc showed that windows resource protection found corruption and couldn,t fix it. I even did chkdsk but it said that c drive couldn,t be locked at this moment. I am using a dell laptop,DELL INSPIRON 15 3542. Please help. I cant even access my downloads folder. I searched the systemprofile folder and found that the folder was empty.

2015-12-14T14:22:46+00:00 **These crashes were related to memory corruption (probably caused by a driver).**Please run these two tests to verify your memory and find which driver is causing the problem. Please run verifier first. You do not need to run memtest yet unless verifier does not find the cause, or you want to.
If you are over-clocking anything reset to default before running these tests.
In other words STOP!!! If you do not know what this means you probably are not
1-Driver verifier (for complete directions see our wiki here)
**2-Memtest. (**You can read more about running memtest here)

2015-12-14T13:44:08+00:00 We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.
Please follow our instructions for finding and uploading the files we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found here
If you have any questions about the procedure please ask
