Error code 409
Since yesterday (05/23) when I open (turn-on) my computer, I get the error code User Disabled (409). (see atch)
Any ideas what is causing this and how to correct it?
FYI I'm using an HP h8-1280t, Win 7/64, 3gb mem, 1tb hdd, Norton security.
Everything is working normally including all items requiring a user id/pw. Checked MSCONFIG and don't see anything requiring log-in info that is not running.

2016-05-24T20:07:11+00:00 I can't do anything to any of them. Everytime I try I get the message shown in my 2nd atch on my previous post, Error changing item state - access denied. If I click Run as Administrator I get the message Error Importing File and Auto run reopens with a blank page.
Happens even if I right click on it.

2017-03-06T21:01:42+00:00 In fact it comes from VoIP Connect which I didn't use for years.
I got this message too and clicked on the VoIP icon (a white square on the taskbar) and I was unable to connect without this message appearing.
In fact you have to search your VoIP agent (personally I use Voipbuster) in the list and then go to "My account" on the Voipbuster website (or the one you use).
Now enter your ID and password and sign in.
The error message must disappear the next time you sign in again.
Hope this may help.
