    Hello,

The issue that you’ve encountered when updating the applications on your Windows 10 computer may be caused by some components that are broken or missing on the system. To sort out your concern, we’d like to know the following information:

    • Were there any changes that happened prior to the issue?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
    • Also, we’d like to clarify the program that you are using based on this statement: I can open play store cannot download and update any apps. Are you referring to the Microsoft Store application?

On the other hand, if the affected program is the Microsoft Store app on your computer, we suggest that you run the troubleshooter for Microsoft Store and its apps. This process will automatically scan and correct the possible cause of the issue and eliminate software conflict. To do this, you may click the Run troubleshooter button provided on this link, and then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process. After completing the given steps, you may check if the issue persists.

We’re looking forward to your response.

Thank you for the updates, Mayur. During this time, have you already resolved the issue on your end? If not, can I request for the exact error message showing? This way, the next troubleshooting step to be given will have a high chance of resolving your issue.

I'll be waiting for your update.
