    Hi @Waleed Ahmad ,

Based on my knowledge, "This Computer Only" appears when the outlook has been configured with IMAP.

    Please try the below,

    1. Configure a new outlook profile with MAPI and with cached mode enabled
    2. Once profile is configured, go to system tray -> outlook -> press ctrl+right click on outlook icon -> click on "Connection Status" to confirm the connectivity
    3. Use the same method as step 2 and click on "Test email autoconfiguration" -> uncheck "use guessmart" and "secure guessmart authentication" and click on "Test"
    4. Check if the OAB URL has been retireved
    5. Go to File -> Account settings -> Download address book and click on "Ok"
    6. Verify the Address book

If still having issue, check the Address book in Exchange 2019,

    Get-OfflineAddressBook

    To verify the system mailbox,
    Get-Mailbox -Arbitration

    Hi @Waleed Ahmad ,
All users have this issue or only specific have?
What is the specific error you encountered?
How is your email address configured? Have you set a new email address policy?

1.Please check whether the UPN of the mailbox object has changed. According to my test, I manually modified the Alias of the user mailbox, but when configuring the Outlook profile, I still used the UPN address for configuration and it can be configured successfully.

2.According to my research, renaming the Active Directory Domain Controller is a very complicated thing. Since there are many objects in AD, there are also great risks in the process of renaming, so it is not recommended that you rename AD DC.

3.Please run the following command to check whether the Autodiscover url is correct:

    Get-ClientAccessservice | fl *uri*
