Outlook 2016 on 2019 Terminal Server running RDS

I'm administering Office 2016 on a 2019 Server RDS platform with the servers running as Terminal Servers.

Cached Mode is currently enabled and limited to two weeks for displaying e-mails in the Inbox. Expanding the Inbox only shows about 45 days worth of e-mails. However, when looking at the "Sent Items" folder, you can expand that to almost five years of e-mails. Why the disparity? You'd think that the "Sent Items" folder would be similarly affected, but it's not, so why isn't the Cached Mode limiting it as well?

    Hello @Bret Fox

In general, Cached Mode Setting is effective to all the folders in outlook. You may create a new Outlook profile and check if the issue persist.
