    Hi @Awais,Aleem,SHEIKHUPURA,Engineering ,

Before going further, are you using Outlook desktop client or Outlook web mail? And what email account you are using? O365 email account or something else?
If you are using Outlook desktop client, what's the type of your account? POP, IMAP or Exchange? To have a better known of your issue, please try to provide us with more specific information related to your issue.

as i attached screen short i hv required emails of 2015.

It seems that your screenshots failed to upload successfully, we can not see them in your post. If necessary, please try to re-add it to your reply for further research. (Notice: Please hide your personal information in the screenshot for security.)

According to your description, seems you encountered an issue that all your email messages from 2013 to 2015 missed after updating your Outlook, right? If so, have you tried some common troubleshooting methods, like trying Outlook search to search those emails in your whole mailbox and checking those emails from your web mail side to see if there is any difference there.

Besides, have you shared your mailbox to other users before? And if you are using Outlook desktop client, have you made Outlook archive recently? If you are using Outlook desktop client, you could try the Recover Deleted Items From Server option to see if it could helps.

Any update, please feel free to post back.
