I read about error code 0x80072efd is due to internet connection issue. Therefore, I took my laptop and went to another house where the internet speed is 100mps, unlike my house which is 1mps. The same error message still pops up and I can't proceed to update the software. Anyone having the same issue? Advice please? Is this error code due to internet connection??

Hi KB115, your version of Windows 10 is seriously out of date . . .
A new version of Windows 10 was released today, you can update straight to that version directly to bring your system up to date . . .

thanks for your assistance. I did all the steps you mentioned. Now i have this issue stating that my PC is running version 14393 and the latest version is 16299.
How can i update this?
