Can we block or remove 'Teams Echo' Bot from entering Meetings on MS Teams?

'Teams Echo' is a built-in Microsoft bot. This bot can be added to a meeting at any time by any of the participants. Having a classroom full of elementary students, they figured this out and constantly invite Teams Echo, which will then enter the meeting a recite a pre-recorded message that runs for about 30 seconds. This causes a major disturbance in the meetings...

When I download the Meeting Attendance, 'Teams Echo' does not show as it is a bot. Also, I cannot see who has been inviting this bot to the meetings.

I need your help with 1 of 2 things:

1) Can I block Teams Echo from joining the meetings? If so, how do I do it?
2) Is there a way for me to see who invited Teams Echo to a meeting?

Thanks in advance!

    @Annas Pilodia ,

    There are two methods to disable Teams Echo bot. Due to no Teams echo in my lab, I use 15Five app to demonstrate the steps as below.

    One is to block this app in Microsoft Teams admin center > Teams apps: Manage apps > select Teams Echo app > Click Block button.

    Another is to block this app in Microsoft Teams admin center > Teams apps: Permission policies > enter into Global (Org-wide default) policy > in Third-party apps section, select Block specific apps and allow all others > Then, add apps you want to block.
