Hello, Our organization is currently experiencing issues with one of our groups. We have 3 people (including myself) who have ownership of the group and can send emails. I created the group of 18 members, and can email every member within the group with no issues. The other two owners can send emails to the group, but the size of the group is reduced to 6 members for one owner, and 12 members for the other. Do you know what might be causing this issue?

    Hi,
    Sorry for late response.
    Are you running Exchange online or on-premise Exchange? If on-premise, which version and CU?
    Do you mean when the group owners sending email to the group, some of the members would not receive the message?
    Does it only occur with the owners? I mean what if a normal sender, or external mailbox sending email to the group, same issue?
    Are there any NDR messages returned?
    Run a message trace and post the result with personal information covered (the following works for Exchange online, on-premise see here):

    Get-MessageTrace -SenderAddress user@contoso.com -StartDate 03/02/2021 -EndDate 03/04/2021|fl  
    

    Check the detailed information with messageID you got from the command above:

    Get-MessageTraceDetail -MessageTraceId * -RecipientAddress user@contoso.com|fl

    Hi Eric,

    We're running Exchange online.

    When adding the group to the 'To' portion of the email draft, when you expand the list of members in the distribution group, the number will vary each email.

    The 3 owners of the group are experiencing the same issue, but with different group members available for each.

    I added a new group with the same members, and we're still experiencing the same issue.

    All available members receive the email once it is sent.
