REstoring "Main Profile"

Hi I am using outlook on a mac, suddenly a message "Repairing Main Profile" started to appear when i started Outlook. how can i restore my outlook and retrieve my emails, contacts, calendar ...etc My computer is constantly backed up on time machine. how could i restore outlook from the back up on time machine? thanks

    What's the specific version of your Outlook and system?
    And what's the type of your account(pop,imap or exchange)? As I know, if you are using exhcnage account, the data would be saved in server and we could get it in a new profile without restoring it.
