Windows 10 Education 1809 Update Problem

Hello, My name is Orhun. I am a student at Sabancı University in Turkey. I want to activate my Windows 10 Education account. Although I search on the Microsoft Azure website for an update, I could not find the anything about update.

I will list the things I have done, respectively: Microsoft Azure, Home, Education, Software, Search Button, I typed ' Windows 10 Education ', it says 'No items found'.

The information center at Sabancı Uni., they send me a guideline to do but I stick in this stage. Oh please, could you help me to find this 'Windows 10 Education, Sürüm 1809' and how to activate my Windows 10 Education account. Thanks a lot.
