We are deploying Outlook 2016 and we find that we'll have to update the settings in Options manually each time and was wondering if there's a place in the registry to update all the settings:

Outlook Options --> General --> Disable Linkedln features
Outlook Options --> General --> Optimize for compatibility
Outlook Options --> General --> Disable Show Mini Toolbar on Selection
Outlook Options --> General --> Disable Enable Live Preview
Outlook Options --> Mail --> Enable Open replies and forwards in a new window
Outlook Options --> Mail --> Disable CTRL + ENTER sends a message
Outlook Options --> Groups --> Disable Show the group header in the group space
Outlook Options --> Groups --> Disable Show the group header in the inbox
Outlook Options --> Groups --> Disable Someone likes my messages
Outlook Options --> People --> Disable Show user photograph when available
Outlook Options --> People --> Disable Show only names in the People peek
Outlook Options --> Search --> Set results only from Current folder
Outlook Options --> Advanced --> Enable Disable hardware graphics acceleration
Outlook Options --> Advanced --> Disable Use animations when expanding conversations and groups

Just wondering if there's an easier way to update through the registry?

Thanks,

    Hi @Errol Alcoseba ,

I noticed that you would like to find some group policy settings for outlook desktop client, for this requirement, you could search it directly in this website where there's a list of GPO in Office client.(Please Note: Since the web site is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may change without notice. Microsoft does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.)

For example, we could use this value to manage the linkedIn feature:

    Registry Hive: HKEY_CURRENT_USER
    Registry Path: software\policies\microsoft\office\16.0\common
    Value Name: linkedin
    Value Type: REG_DWORD
    Enabled Value: 1
    Disabled Value: 0

Hope that would be helpful to you.
