Hi there minemon, these two unknown programs could possibly be viruses, and Id suggest immediately right clicking them and disabling them. Next you should run a full Windows Defender scan of your computer to try and find these programs.
2 Unknown Programs from Task Manager "Startup" Tab
These programs are bothering me for days. It is something?

1. Device type. ie Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, Surface, Phone
2. Who made it and model, RAM size, HDD size. If home built what type motherboard, Intel, AMD
3. OS type, Home, Pro, Enterprise, etc
4. Current build. Hit the WIN key, type winver, hit Enter.

Tried a virus scan, but, it didn't detect any

2018-10-21T03:58:39+00:00 Ok, then it may be that these files are actually holdovers from programs youve previously deleted. If you can find them in the task manager, and right click them again you should be able to select open file location.
