That user restored an image they had made themselves. But it is a very old thread.
Did this problem happen recently was it working and then has stopped. Do you know if you had an update around the time the problem occurred.
Check in Settings > Update and security and select View update history and look at what has been installed. If you look at the KB number and you think your problem was since the date of that update then you may be able to uninstall the update. Select Uninstall
updates and look for the KB number in the list that may be the problem. If you are able to uninstall it then when you select the update the option for Uninstall will be available.
