Outlook Screentip not showing correctly

When i use a letterhead and send that from outlook 2016, i used a screentip with a hyperlink to an email address. the same hyperlink displays for both screentip names and they are supposed to show two different email addresses. anyone know a fix for this it is happening with mulitple users using outlook 2016

What happens is, I create a stationary document (Letterhead in outlook) I have a text box. I enter some hyperlinks in the text box and when that email is sent on the receiving end. the customer sees the email and is able to see all the hyperlinks but they all navigate to the same email address. There are three different hyperlinks setup inside the text box. So what's happening is the email that has the textbox once its sent it converts it to picture message. I don't know why it does that. Is there any way from keeping that text box from converting to a picture file?

Hi @MichaelDiaz-0988,

Could your screentip display normally on your web mail? And did this issue occur on all Outlook clients in your organization? If so, I think it may be more related to the method that you created the letterhead and screentips. So how did you create this letterhead and screentip? If you type the addresses in your message directly, could the screentip display normally?

Acording to my research, under normal circumstances, the screentip would display the "mailto" screen tip automatically when we type an address and click enter like below:

So in order to further confirm if your issue is related to the method that you created the letterhead, it's suggested to type them manually in your message to check.

Besides, if the issue only occurred on any specific outlook clients, the issue may be related to these clients themselves, please first check if there're any differences between these clients and others(such as client version and others).

It's suggested to first troubleshoot your issue as I mentioned above to check, if you still need further assistance, in order to perform more targeted tests on my environment, please provide me with more infromation about your issues.
