Windows Command processor ,Is it malware or necessary part?

When i open the chrome browser lots of WCP process run parallel in background and my laptop is freezing  sometime .How to resolve this issue?

I attached a screenshot of the task manger below.

    Usually, CMD doesn't run in the background unless some program states that so. As a first step, run Malwarebytes to find if it is malware.

    Right click on one of the processors and then click on Open file locationand see where does it located?

    Try run scan with Windows Defender Offline:

    C:\Windows\SysWOW64

    This seems to be legitimate program but there is suspicious that something might execute it.

    Try run full scan with Windows Defender.

    Try uninstall Google Chrome and restart your PC and then reinstall it.

    i just use a third party virus guard call malware byte and did a full scan delete some files created by the chrome  and now it seems fine... i think.Is it enough to use defender only?does it provide internet security?
