Windows Command processor ,Is it malware or necessary part?

When i open the chrome browser lots of WCP process run parallel in background and my laptop is freezing  sometime .How to resolve this issue?

I attached a screenshot of the task manger below.

    I am saying this from experience, Windows Defender is doing great job especially if it has cloud protection turn on. But sometimes it is good to run Malwarebytes scanner only to see if everything is okay. I normally, recommend report all suspicious activities to Microsoft Anti-Malware team. So normally we are using Windows Defender and when we detect anything suspicious, we report them to Microsoft. You may also check and make sure automatic sample submission is on.
