Why are you trying to install a screen capture module when there Windows 10 apps (Snipping Tool and Snip & Sketch) and also a built in Screen capture method (Win key + Prt Sc key)

    为什么在Windows 10应用程序(剪切工具和剪辑和草图)以及内置屏幕捕获方法(Win键+ Prt Sc键)时尝试安装屏幕捕获模块

This is a plugin for the verint screen recording system, not a windows 10 app.

    Hi Jason

My name is Andre Da Costa; an Independent Consultant, Windows Insider MVP and Windows & Devices for IT MVP. I'm here to help you with your problem.

    Try the following:

    Press Windows key + R

    Type: %temp%

    Hit Enter

Select all files then click Delete

Restart then see if it helps.

To find the PID for Windows Installer:

    Press Windows key + X

    Click Task Manager

    Click Services

    Select msiserver

    Take note of the PID

    Open Start, type: cmd

    Right click CMD

    Click Run as administrator

    At the prompt, type:

    C:>Taskkill /PID xxxxx /F

    XXXXX represents the PID

    Also...

Click Start, type cmd, right-click and select Run as administrator.

    b) Type the following commands and hit Enter after each command:

           msiexec /unreg

           msiexec /regserver

    d) Restart your computer.

Refer: How to resolve Common "Windows Installer" Problems - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2438651

Method 2: Stop and restart the window installer service

    a) Click on Start-Run, type "services.msc", the click on OK.

    b) When the Services window loads, navigate to the ìWindows installer ", the double click on it to open it.

    c) Click on stop, wait for few seconds and then restart the service

    d) Make sure the "Startup Type" says "Automatic" and started. If it doesn't, use the drop down menu to change it.

If it already says: "Automatic", then click on the "Recovery" tab at the top, and change the "First Failure" line to "Restart the Service", then click on "apply", then OK.

    Other options you can try:

Try these first to see if they work:

    Open Start, type: CMD

    Right click CMD

    Click Run as administrator

Type in at the prompt OR Copy and Paste these one at a time : (Hit enter after each)

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Also run the System File Checker utility:

    Open Start, type: CMD

    Right click CMD

    Click Run as administrator

At the Command Prompt, type: sfc/scannow

This will check for any integrity violations

    Restart your system

Check your hard disk for any errors:

    Click Start

Type: CMD, from the results, right click Command prompt

    Click 'Run as Administrator'

At the Command Prompt, type: chkdsk /r /f

    Hit Enter

When you restart your system, your computer will be scanned for errors and attempts will be made to correct them.

If that does not work, try performing a repair upgrade:

Download the Media Creation Tool Now

    http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209

Right click the MediaCreationTool.exe file then click Run as administrator.

Accept the End User License Agreement:

Select the option Upgrade this PC now if you want to upgrade right away,

    Click Next

Accept the End User License Agreement.

Wait while Windows 10 setup does one final check to ensure your system is ready.

Windows 10 setup will check if you have enough disk space. If you don’t, review the following article for instructions how to upgrade to Windows 10 Anniversary Update on a system with limited space:

Please note, you have the option of choosing what you would like to keep, which includes personal files, apps and settings.

If you want to perform a new install or just keep your files click Change what to keep. Once you have chosen the desired options, click Install to begin.

This will be your screen for a little while. During the installation, your computer will restart several times.

After the first restart, Windows 10 setup will resume. You will notice the setup experience has once again been refined from the previous animated circle. This will be your screen for a while. When complete, Windows 10 setup will restart automatically.

    Sign into your account.

Wait while Windows 10 completes application updates and post setup tasks.

That’s it, the Windows 10 Feature Update is installed. You can check Windows Update for latest updates, click Start > Settings > Update & security > Windows Update > Check for Updates.

How to prepare your computer before upgrading?

Although updating to Windows 10 version 1903 is a relatively simple process, similar to a repair upgrade; users should perform some basic pre-requisites before initiating the upgrade.

If you are finding it difficult to carry out some of the steps described below, please review detailed instructions how to perform them:
