Why are you trying to install a screen capture module when there Windows 10 apps (Snipping Tool and Snip & Sketch) and also a built in Screen capture method (Win key + Prt Sc key)

This is a plugin for the verint screen recording system, not a windows 10 app.

Try the following:
Press Windows key + R
Type: %temp%
Hit Enter
Select all files then click Delete
Restart then see if it helps.
To find the PID for Windows Installer:
Press Windows key + X
Click Task Manager
Click Services
Select msiserver
Take note of the PID
Open Start, type: cmd
Right click CMD
Click Run as administrator
At the prompt, type:
C:>Taskkill /PID xxxxx /F
XXXXX represents the PID
Also...
Click Start, type cmd, right-click and select Run as administrator.
b) Type the following commands and hit Enter after each command:
msiexec /unreg msiexec /regserverd) Restart your computer.

Method 2: Stop and restart the window installer service
a) Click on Start-Run, type "services.msc", the click on OK.
b) When the Services window loads, navigate to the ìWindows installer ", the double click on it to open it.
c) Click on stop, wait for few seconds and then restart the service
d) Make sure the "Startup Type" says "Automatic" and started. If it doesn't, use the drop down menu to change it.
If it already says: "Automatic", then click on the "Recovery" tab at the top, and change the "First Failure" line to "Restart the Service", then click on "apply", then OK.

Try these first to see if they work:
Open Start, type: CMD
Right click CMD
Click Run as administrator
Type in at the prompt OR Copy and Paste these one at a time : (Hit enter after each)
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Also run the System File Checker utility:
Open Start, type: CMD
Right click CMD
Click Run as administrator
At the Command Prompt, type: sfc/scannow
This will check for any integrity violations
Restart your system
Check your hard disk for any errors:
Click Start
Type: CMD, from the results, right click Command prompt
Click 'Run as Administrator'
At the Command Prompt, type: chkdsk /r /f
Hit Enter
When you restart your system, your computer will be scanned for errors and attempts will be made to correct them.
If that does not work, try performing a repair upgrade:
Download the Media Creation Tool Now

Right click the MediaCreationTool.exe file then click Run as administrator.
Accept the End User License Agreement:
Select the option Upgrade this PC now if you want to upgrade right away,
Click Next
Accept the End User License Agreement.
Wait while Windows 10 setup does one final check to ensure your system is ready.
