Hello, my name is Arif Ahmed, Windows Advisor.

I would be happy to help you.

Did you try to Unpair your device or reset the Bluetooth Driver?

If you did not try these, please try Unpairing your phone and Pair it again. Then check if it works.

If it still does not work, please reset the Bluetooth adapter driver and connect the device again.

    Steps:

    Go to Device Manager.

    Locate Network Adapter.

    Double tap on Network Adapter.

Right click on the Bluetooth Driver and select Uninstall. (Do Not click on ant check box)

    Restart the PC.

Okay, please try this registry fix.

Enable Dynamic Lock Using Registry Editor:

Open the Registry Editor and navigate to the following path:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

Double-click on the EnableGoodbye entry on the right, and set its value data as per your requirement. 0 = Disable, 1 = Enable

So, put 1 as the registry value to Enable.
