Database Exception error

Using Windows 10

I wrote a small database program a long while back and compiled it on Windows XP. I have been using it on Windows 7 after I installed the runtime.

So, I installed the runtime on Windows 10.

Still, I am getting this exception:

************** Exception Text **************

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.SqlServerCe, Version=3.5.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

I tried installing the Version 4 runtime but that did not work either.

Is there a solution?

Thank you so much. It appears to be working so far.

I knew I had to install the runtime but instead of digging up the one I had on hand I downloaded one. I was getting SP1. I did not know there was an SP2 until I found the one I had previously been using.

EDIT:  Note: There are two versions of the runtime. A x86 and 64 bit. As I understand, you need to install them both doing the x86 version first.
