    Yes, Key vault can connected using a private link however this is option is not visible in the Azure Key Vault linked service. In order to use the managed integration runtime, you need to enable managed endpoint by changing the integration runtime of the corresponding dataset as Azure Key is not a direct source or sink in ADF. You can follow these documentations to setup Azure Private link -

    2. Managed private endpoints
    3. Create an Azure integration runtime in Data Factory Managed Virtual Network
