Windows server 2016 - align renewing license query

Question

Dear Support, I have situation that due to my company being depart from other company but would like to acquire license like windows server type, product key, SKU code and expiry date. I have done slmgr /xpr in command but it only shows machine permanent activate but I would like to require more detail to purchase Cal license for my company server. Windows Cals are not installed or tracked anywhere except via the documentation that came with your purchase. Windows CALs are for either user or device server access.

You can contact the licensing center to get your downgrade product key(s) then you'll have this documentation for your record keeping.

Thank you again but it seems I can't reach due to Malaysia and Maldives having same contact number while volume license toll free unable to reach as well.
