Microsoft office 2016 missing from my download list on licensing center

I have just logged onto the Microsoft licensing centre to download Microsoft 2016 onto a laptop, but it is missing (along with other product) from my 'downloads and keys' list. Can anyone help as to why it isnt there any longer?

    Try to provide the license account and ask the statue of your license.
