My Non-Azure Subscription Thwarts Request for Help

When I check to see if I have a subscription id here - https://ms.portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_Azure_Billing/SubscriptionsBlade, I get an error as follows:

"Your account belongs to a directory that cannot be associated with an Azure subscription. Please sign in with a different account Click here to access the nearest support center."

    Hi @Wilkenson Francois ,

    the reason might be you signed in to an Azure Directory (Azure Tenant) that does not contain any subscription.
    If your user is a member in different Azure directories (Azure Tenants) you could check the Azure Tenant you are signed in and switch the Azure Tenant:
