Microsoft Office 2016 Email searching issue while using two Microsoft exchange mailbox

Hello Team,

We are using Microsoft Exchange Server 2016.We are facing searching issue.

I have configured cache mode 2 different active sync exchange account in outlook 2016.

1) abc@Company portal .com and 2) xyz@ontoso.com

While we search email in outlook after only reflecting abc@Company portal .com email only. even we select xyz@Company portal .com and try to search email in outlook then after search the email and result show only primary mailbox abc@Company portal .com.

If we remove cache mode and make online only secondary mailbox xyz@Company portal .com after searching works. i tried to create new indexing file but still have no luck. moreover i go to .ost path and add the ost file in indexing but stil no luck now.

If we configured both mailboxes in outlook 2010 after it's work.

anyone have any idea about this issue.

    Hi @Jemin Prajapati ,

    From your description, do you mean you would like the search results from both accounts to be returned when searching email in outlook? If this is the case, you could go to File > Options > Search, under “Include results only from”, choose "All mailboxes":
