Lost phone for Microsoft authenticator

I recently change my phone as the phone is lost, but then i cant login as admin for my microsoft 365 subscription for my organization. I am the only admin and therefore there is no way for me to sign in now.

    I am also looking for a solution, the recovery form cannot be used.

    Important: The account recovery form can only be used if two-step verification isn't turned on.

    I am the only admin. Phonenumer and phone are gone. My e-mail is in the system and also my workphone. Nice thing about that is, I can chage my password, but I am unable to logon because the MFA is sending sms to my old number or the authenticator.

    If that could be changed to my e-mail or workphone it would be great .. But no way to change it.

    Also not able to report an issue because I am the owner and only admin so cannot get into the admin center.. and e-mail they do not respond .. and if they do, it is .. report or put in a request.. go to your.. whatever..

    So, allready paying for months to an environment I cannot connect to.. and not able to stop the account also, because it have to block my creditcard than for microsoft.. and if i do so, than I will loose al my data and i am not able to get another account aswell.
