    By the way, in order to better help solve your issue, May I know what specific operations did you do before receiving this error? I tried some research about the error you provided above and found some common workarounds like below:

    1. Errors like that might happen if the “Read-only” attribute has been enabled in your file properties. So, please ensure that “Read-only” attribute is not selected and then try again to see if the issue could be resolved then.

    2. Besides, to confirm if there is something wrong with this specific .PST File, it is also suggested for you to copy the .PST File to other devices to test and see if the issue could also be reproduced there.

    There are various reasons you may get the error message "PST file is not an Outlook Data File" error such as a corrupted PST file, virus attack, presence of bad sector in the hard drive, and oversized PST. Try a few workarounds below that might help.

    • Copy the PST file from the default location and paste it into another location.
