I have the same problen, is the same situation some months before, please fix this issue.
Cannot switch organization in Linux app
I'm using the Linux App. When I try to switch the organization it starts loading, loads the new organization, but then closes and reloads the original organization.
I tried deleting all the Teams folders and reinstalling the app. Did not work.
This works in the browser, on Windows and in the mobile app, but not on Linux.
It started happening a few days ago, before that it worked.

2021-08-20T07:07:24.307+00:00 Although it is not a fix for the Linux Client, this solved the problem for me and might ease your pain as well.
You can use the Web-Client and make it behave almost like the "normal" client. In Chromium go to: "Three-Dot-Menu -> More Tools -> Create Shortcut" and select "Open as window". This will open Teams in a separate window and you can dock it to the Taskbar and so on. The web-Client meanwhile also supports 4 Videos and has less issues than the flaky Linux Client (which recently showed no Videos at all).
