How do i take large amounts of data (in excel) and turn into useable reports or analysis?

I manage large amounts of data (in excel) that I have to turn into useable reports or analysis. I am currently using pivots tables and then hard entering the data into a analysis or summary view. What is the best MS Excel course that I can take to teach me how to do this smarter?
