Publishing an application

Does anyone know how to publish an application to Microsoft Store ? How can I reserve a name for an application. Please do not need me to throw an article that you yourself did not use, there are a lot of them. If possible, I would like to hear advice from those who have already encountered this.

Could you please tell me if you have registered your developer account? Only if you have registered as a developer in Microsoft Partner Center, then you will be allowed to create your app by reserving a name.

You could check this document about how to reserve a name for your app-Create your app by reserving a name.
