Windows 10 settings interface

Question

I just wanted to know if there was way to get my windows 10 settings interface on my desktop to look like the one that is on my laptop i dont know if it has something to do with a windows update or not i just wanted to clarify, and i double cheked both of my systems and they are all up to date with the most recent updates and drivers

the top one is my desktop and the bottom one is my laptop.

Before we proceed can you tell me what is the version of your devices?

To do that press Windows key + R and type: Winver

HIt okay and look for version of your Windows and the build.

Kindly do it on both of your devices.

Both systems are Version 2004 (OS Build 19041.450)

You would have to clean install Windows 2004 unfortunately on the desktop. That information bar was an added feature of 1909 I believe.
