Installing App Created in Microsoft Intune Getting Error Code: 0x800700C1

Hi Microsoft Community,

I have created a app called Workday OfficeConnect in Microsoft Intune. I have wrapped all the parameters, VB Script, installation setup.exe for the application, and the and the reg keys that need for the install. This worked in SCCM with not issues before we went to Microsoft Intune. Now that we are in Intune it is not working. I have been testing with my computer before rolling it out to other groups, however, it will start the installation get 100% and it will fail. I looked in the logs in ProgramData\Microsoft\IntuneManagementExtension\Logs and I am not really seeing what I am looking for, as I am not seeing anything jump out at me to determine why it is failing. Can anybody help with this? Has anyone ran into this issue before with Workday OfficeConnect?

Thanks
