Hi, @Leili vazietan ,
Before we start, I would like to confirm that if you are using SharePoint Online or other version of SharePoint. You can use this tutorial to find which product you are using now. If just like your tag, you are using SharePoint Online, are all the 200 users tenant members? Is there any external user? Is the group a M365 group or security group? You can check the group in M365 admin center> groups
As you mention, you have a group of 200 users. The scenario is like this: Right before, the group works fine and all the users can access the site. And in a sudden, a certain part of the group members lose their access to the site. They get error Sorry, this site is not shared with you when accessing. Meanwhile, other users still can access the site.
First thing, we shall always check the current user permission in that site. You can follow this blog to check both the group and users with issue. If in site level, the user permission seems to be fine, we can move to next step.
Pick up a user account with issue, remove it from the group and re-add it. Check if this resolve this issue. And you can try to add the user directly and check if the issue is resolved
