I should manually resize the partition according to the following link:

Which partition should I choose for each command?

sel part<WinRE partition index>**

    OS partition index = 3

    WinRE partition index = 4

    Ive done the same thing initially, this part you dont select your recovery partition, you need to select your primary OS partition. It you have two primary ones like me, select the one has size in GB.
