Hi,

I tried raising a call with Microsoft but we had trouble communicating, and I couldn't get the answer out of them.

I need to be able to ensure that patches are applied within 14 days, so i found this article:-

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/protect/windows-10-feature-updates

I currently have 29 Std 365 licenses and 9 Basic licenses.

Do I need to upgrade them all to premium to ensure all PC are updated? Or do I just need to buy one Premium license

If seems a bit off if I have to upgrade a Basic license to a premium license at 3 times the cost.

There is the option of buying a stand-a-lone in-tune license, Can i just use them instead of upgrading everyone?

Prerequisites
Intune’s Windows 10 feature updates requires the following prerequisites:

In addition to a license for Intune, your organization must have one of the following subscriptions:

Windows 10 Enterprise E3 or E5 (included in Microsoft 365 F3, E3, or E5)
Windows 10 Education A3 or A5 (included in Microsoft 365 A3 or A5)
Windows Virtual Desktop Access E3 or E5
Microsoft 365 Business Premium

Of what? This is unfortunately meaningless without the exact description of what you have licensed.
