Help to find remote computer User Name?

Question

I found that my computer was being accessed on a default account.  Since I cannot find a way to log into this account nor the public one.  I need to find the location of the remote computer Users Name and location.

I changed the DHCP on my IP Address this week and I have found it changed back, that could mean my router has been hacked.

I okay, I just did that example and I was not looking for my information.  I was looking for the the domain name and location of the the default user.  The account I cannot access.  Now, my enter button is not working.

I know what my information is on my user account....I'mlooking for the Default and the Public.  Because, in UA under settings there is only one one account.  Taht is mine.  And I'm signed in as Admin.

However, now,  afterI had to leave my home, and the first chance I get back to this.  I my login screen has changed,  as I mentioned earlier, a chance I have not seen since 2016.  

And since I was already signed into my MSA I signed out and changed my password.

I would like to find out who the people are that this is being shared with when I have network discovery turned off.  Oh, and why is the race what it is?  It is not my race and I know there other races that exist and mine is not showing up.  

I asked that question to someone and they said well, do you have pictures like that and I said no.  

I do have neighbors that are.  I'm not races.  But, why can't it look like me?

Since that person asked me this, and I have had neighbors intrude into my home and violate my rights make me wonder if the reason that this is happening is because my computer is picking up there pictures, and they are the hackers.  And may even be trying to set me up to make me look races but I am not.  But, I am a victim of them being in my home and getting my through my ip cameras on the outside of my home.
