Hi Abram,
My laptop just finished upgrading, and it still didn't work, the microphone array is still missing.

Laptop is an HP UN3481 in Windows 10 64-bit, whenever I check the Recording tab on the Sounds settings, the Microphone Array is missing, only Stereo Mix appears (nothing appears even if it shows Disabled Devices) I checked the Device Manager and its not
there too. I tried every method to try to fix it, I uninstalled then installed the Realtek Audio Drivers and nothing happened, I uninstalled Windows Updates because the microphone array was working fine before it updated, I tried running every audio troubleshoot
but to no avail. I even reset/reformatted the laptop in hopes that the settings will go back to what it was before, it appeared when I first opened my laptop after the reset but after I restarted it was gone again. I really need my laptop for work and my daughter
will use this in her classes soon so I was hoping to have a fix on this soon. Thank you.
